Ragga Lox - On Di Corner - Album - Steppa Inna Babylon

"On Di Corner", my first and only number one single, was recorded in Jamaica in 2009, at my mobile home studio in Mandeville, Jamaica by the incredible co-producer and engineer Fabian "Goldy" Francis. The song wasn't initially part of the album Steppa Inna Babylon, as the tracks for the album were already chosen. However, upon arriving in Jamaica, I was thrilled to hear my friend and schoolmate Lyme Murray on this captivating remake of the Skylarking Rhythm that instantly grabbed my musical attention.

I had always dreamed of remixing a reggae classic without using the original lyrics, and suddenly, the perfect opportunity was right in front of me!

I teamed up with Lymie and reconnected with the track's producer, Andrew Khool, with whom I had already worked, and the rest is history!

The song continues to be a fan favorite, a dubplate favorite, and is a staple in my setlist for most shows. It's available on all digital platforms and has an exciting video on YouTube.
